How it works
- 1Organizations hold your team and billing. Create one or get invited.
- 2Projects live inside an organization. Each project is one AI agent (e.g. support, tutoring).
- 3The Overseer is the AI that runs each project. It can handle several channels at once.
- 4Channels: Phone, Web app, Desktop app, Email, SMS. One conversation can use multiple.
