How it works
- 1Organizations hold your team and billing. Create one or get invited.
- 2Projects live inside an organization. Each project is one AI agent (e.g. support, tutoring).
- 3The Agent is the AI that runs each project. It can handle several channels at once.
- 4Channels: Phone, Web app, Desktop app, Email, SMS. One conversation can use multiple.
Agent glossary
Key terms for working with the Agent: Preset, Instructions, Apps, and the Agent itself. When setting up instructions for research or documents, use Research App (this is the product name used in the app).
- Agent
- The AI that runs each project. It coordinates channels (phone, web, email, etc.) and apps, and follows the instructions you set in instructions and presets.
- Preset
- A saved template for instructions. For example, a Agent instructions preset (e.g. Socratic Teacher, Custom) or a censorship preset. You choose a preset and can then edit the instructions it provides.
- Instructions
- The instructions you give the Agent (or a app) that define how it should behave—tone, boundaries, context. When configuring instructions for research or documents, use Research App (this is the product name we use in the app).

Sign in with your email (passwordless).
Create an organization or accept an invite. Then open or create a project.
In the project: chat with the Agent in the app, or set up phone, email, and other channels in settings.
